Key Responsibilities
Product Development and Improvement
As an R&D Junior Executive/Executive, you will be at the forefront of creating new sauces and condiments that align with market trends. Your role will involve improving existing formulations to enhance taste, quality, and shelf life, ensuring that the products meet consumer expectations and industry standards.
Conducting Trials and Evaluations
You will conduct laboratory, pilot, and factory production trials, preparing formulations, specifications, and technical documents. Additionally, you will perform sensory evaluations and benchmark products against competitors, ensuring that our client’s offerings are top-notch.
Compliance and Support
Your expertise will support compliance with Halal, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements, ensuring that all products meet the necessary safety and quality standards.
What We Offer
The position offers a competitive salary of RM3,000 per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.40 pm, and Saturday, 8.30 am to 12.40 pm. You will also receive EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions, along with the chance to build a rewarding career in food product development.
