Established in 2023, TalentFocus was founded with a heartfelt mission: to help more Malaysians access quality job opportunities in Singapore—and in doing so, empower both nations through talent exchange.
Our founder, Kai Sheng, spent the past 11 years working in Singapore as a radiographer, earning accolades such as Best Radiographer of ParkwayHealth Radiology Singapore 2018 and Best Radiographer of the Month 2019 at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital. His journey wasn’t just about clinical excellence—it was about understanding people, listening to their struggles, and helping them find real solutions.
Inspired by his personal experience of growth abroad, Kai Sheng returned home to start TalentFocus, with the vision to bridge Malaysians to meaningful careers in Singapore. By helping talents tap into better earning potential and international exposure, we’re not just transforming individual lives—we’re creating ripple effects that benefit the Malaysian economy as well. When these professionals return, they bring back valuable skills, knowledge, and experience to uplift local industries.
