Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational capabilities of the manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preventive Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repair of production machinery and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshooting: Address mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment to meet production needs.
- Utility Management: Maintain essential utilities such as boilers, air compressors, pumps, and water treatment systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors and maintain comprehensive service records to ensure compliance and quality.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of RM4,000 per month, along with a range of benefits:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.40pm, and Saturday, 8.30am–12.40pm.
- Contributions to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
