Key Responsibilities
🌿 Wellness Programme Planning
- Design and implement customized wellness programs including detox, stress management, anti-aging, drip therapy, and spa treatments.
- Provide expert advice and develop suitable health management plans tailored to client needs.
🤝 Client Service and Sales
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate wellness treatments and packages.
- Achieve sales targets through one-on-one consultations and package promotions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
📋 Operations and Management
- Oversee the execution of wellness programs to ensure quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Train staff on wellness program procedures and customer service skills.
- Assist in daily operations management to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications and Skills
✅ Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, holistic medicine, spa, or health industries is preferred.

- Strong sales abilities and client relationship management skills.

- Basic operations and financial management knowledge, such as budgeting and KPI metrics.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 🕘 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (One day off on Saturday or Sunday)
Sunday (rotational from May): 🕙 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Approximately two Sundays per month)
If working on Sunday, Saturday will be a rest day.
