If so, our client is seeking a dedicated Wellness Programme & Client Development Specialist to join their team in Petaling Jaya. This role offers a unique blend of wellness planning, client care, and sales growth within a holistic health setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create Wellness Programmes
As a specialist, you will design personalized wellness journeys tailored to individual needs. These programmes may include detox, stress relief, anti-aging treatments, IV drips, spa therapies, and more. Your creativity and understanding of holistic health will be key in crafting these unique experiences.
Talk & Guide Clients
Your role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable wellness solutions. Your friendly and confident demeanor will help build trust and ensure clients feel supported throughout their wellness journey.
Sales & Targets
In addition to client care, you will assist clients in selecting appropriate packages and work collaboratively with the team to meet monthly sales targets. Your sales-driven yet customer-focused approach will be crucial in achieving success.
Team & Operations Support
Ensuring smooth programme delivery and maintaining high service quality is essential. You will also train and guide team members on customer care and wellness protocols, fostering a supportive and efficient team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in spa, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or holistic industry is a big plus.
- Friendly, confident, and excellent at communicating with clients.
- A strong interest in health, wellness, and self-care.
- Sales-driven while maintaining a caring and customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with KPIs and targets.
What You’ll Get
- Basic salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
- Total income: RM5,000 – RM6,000+ (including commission)

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (alternate rest day with Sunday)
- Sunday (rotational from May): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (around 2 Sundays per month)
