Key Responsibilities
Programme Development
As a Wellness Programme and Client Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and proposing customized wellness programmes. These may include detox plans, stress management solutions, anti-aging treatments, and spa therapies. Your creativity and knowledge in holistic health will be essential in crafting programmes that meet the unique needs of each client.
Client Engagement & Sales
Understanding client needs and recommending tailored wellness solutions is at the heart of this role. Operations & Management

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the holistic medicine, spa, or wellness industries. Strong sales and client relationship management skills are essential, along with knowledge of alternative therapies and wellness trends.
