Flexible Working Environment
This position offers the flexibility of a home-based setup, requiring office presence only once a week. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, with Sundays and public holidays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and service existing customers, including workshops and tyre shops.
- Promote and cross-sell a variety of automotive products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and collections.
- Expand business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Prepare daily reports and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Admin and Warehouse team for smooth operations.
- Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer visit targets.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM qualification, be fluent in Mandarin, and possess 3-10 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. A valid driving license and own transport are essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required, with Hokkien as an added advantage.
