Located in the bustling area of Ara Damansara, this position offers a competitive salary of up to RM4,000, depending on your experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a dedicated lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leave, medical leave, a year-end bonus, and a medical allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly closing and account reconciliation.
- Support E-Invoice submissions and SST/Income Tax documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
- Prepare schedules for auditors and tax agents alongside senior team members.
What We Are Looking For
Our client is looking for candidates with a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. Basic knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is required, and familiarity with AutoCount is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn, with an age below 38.
