Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts. If you have strong SQL Accounting knowledge, handling a partial set is acceptable. Your duties will include:
- Managing monthly closing and account reconciliation
- Overseeing tax filing, including SST, Income Tax, and E-Invoice
- Processing payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB
- Preparing financial statements and performing bank reconciliation
- Liaising with auditors, tax agents, and banks
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting Software
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with clients
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work independently
- Experience with AutoCount is an added advantage
- Female candidates below the age of 38 are preferred
