Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts. Your duties will include:
- Handling monthly closing and reconciliation processes.
- Managing tax-related tasks, including SST and income tax, as well as processing E-Invoices.
- Overseeing payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
- Preparing financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Communicating with auditors, tax agents, and banks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A diploma in accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in SQL accounting systems is essential; knowledge of AutoCount is a plus.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, as daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients is required.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
