Working Hours and Salary
The position offers a basic salary ranging from RM1,700 to RM1,800, with frequent opportunities for overtime (OT) based on production schedules. Regular working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime is typically required in the evenings until 5-6 pm or 5-7 pm, and occasionally in the mornings from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Overtime compensation follows the company’s policy.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Male candidates of Malay ethnicity, aged 23 to 45 years old.
- Ability to work in a factory setting, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a warm production environment with only fans for cooling.
- Discipline, punctuality, and adherence to instructions and SOPs are essential.
- No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, although experience is an advantage.
