Flexible Working Hours
Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with home-based work, reporting to the office just once a week. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, with Sundays and public holidays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and service existing customers, including workshops and tyre shops
- Promote and cross-sell automotive products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on customer orders and payments
- Develop new customers and expand business opportunities
- Prepare daily customer visit reports
- Monitor competitor products and market trends
- Work closely with the Sales Admin and Warehouse team
- Introduce new products and promotions to customers
- Achieve monthly sales and customer visit targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SPM or above
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Age below 40 years old
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- 3–10 years of experience in automotive parts or related industries is an advantage
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving licence
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Target-driven with a strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin; Hokkien is an added advantage
- Basic computer and mobile app skills for daily reporting
