You will lead a team of electricians and technicians, guiding them to adhere to safety regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all on-site electrical engineering tasks.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians.
- Interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and single line diagrams to guide installation and maintenance work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage electrical materials and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate supply and proper storage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction or maintenance phases.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or in a related field.
- Age between 30 – 35 years.
- Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and electrical diagrams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments and tools.
