Key Responsibilities
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various automotive maintenance and repair tasks. Your duties will include:
- Conducting vehicle inspections, diagnosing faults, and executing repairs.
- Handling tire changes, oil maintenance, brake systems, battery, and air conditioning repairs.
- Supervising and guiding the repair team to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Assisting with daily workshop operations and addressing on-site issues.
- Ensuring all repair work meets company standards and safety requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the repair area and tools.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of relevant automotive repair/workshop experience.
- Preferably, experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role.
- Strong skills in automotive repair and fault diagnosis.
- A responsible and diligent work ethic.
- The ability to independently handle repair issues.
- A B2/D driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Working Hours and Benefits
The position requires you to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In return, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
