Key Responsibilities
- Daily accounting entries, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
- Bank reconciliation and document filing.
- Assisting in monthly closing and reconciliation tasks.
- Supporting E-Invoice submissions and SST/Income Tax documentation.
- Helping with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB processing.
- Preparing information for auditors and tax agents under supervision.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma in accounting or an equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with SQL accounting systems is essential, and knowledge of AutoCount is a plus.
