Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling health products and therapy services. Your role will involve providing consultations on health improvement and wellness solutions, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a target-driven role with a focus on consultation and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health products and therapy services.
- Provide consultation on health improvement and wellness solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain long-term engagement.
- Follow up with customers on progress and product usage.
- Participate in events, roadshows, and health sharing sessions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Working Details
The position requires working from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. The initial interview will be conducted online, followed by a face-to-face interview at the main office in Puchong if you are shortlisted.
Compensation
The role offers a basic salary ranging from RM2,500 to RM4,000, with a commission of 6% based on achieving sales targets. The target sales range from RM40,000 to RM80,000, with 80% of advisors typically hitting their targets.
Job Requirements
- Age: 20 – 40 years old.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Sales-oriented with strong motivation to earn commission.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the health and wellness industry.
- Able to work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience in sales is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome.
- Initial placement in Kuala Lumpur, with potential relocation across Malaysia every 8–10 months.
