Competitive Salary and Commission Structure
- Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000
- Commission: Up to 6% based on KPI achievement
- Target Sales: RM40,000 – RM80,000
- High performers can achieve a substantial total income
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Promote and sell health products and therapy services
- Provide consultations on wellness and health improvement solutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up on customer progress and product usage
- Participate in events, roadshows, and sharing sessions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be aged between 20 – 40 years old
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin (client-facing role)
- Be sales-driven with strong earning motivation
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have an interest in the health and wellness industry
- Be able to work independently and hit targets
- Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
Interview Process
The interview process consists of two rounds:
- 1st Round: Online interview
- 2nd Round: Face-to-face interview at the Puchong HQ
Mobility Requirement
While initially based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be required to travel or relocate across Malaysia every 8–10 months, offering a unique opportunity to explore different regions while advancing your career.
