Our client, a leading player in the financial sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join their team in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and grow new business from Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), the public sector, and high net worth clients to achieve Assets Under Management (AUM) targets.
- Client Service: Provide professional and high-quality client service to meet and exceed expectations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships to generate business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support targets and overall performance.
- Compliance: Ensure work is delivered efficiently and in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and full compliance with Securities Commission (SC) regulations and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the fund management or investment industry.
- Bank branch managers with strong client networks are encouraged to apply.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prefer candidates with SC Module 9 & Module 10 certifications.
- Good understanding of fixed income and Islamic capital market products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and business needs.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates only.
