Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and Manage Appointments: Efficiently organize and manage doctors’ appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Patient Inquiries: Address patient inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp, providing them with the information they need.
- Medication Preparation: Prepare and dispatch medication to patients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
