Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
- Act as an HR Business Partner to the General Manager and management team.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Oversee leave, attendance, manpower planning, and policy implementation.
- Support general administration and office operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Our client is looking for candidates with experience in a manufacturing or factory environment. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial. A strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements is essential, along with comfort in handling management-level HR matters. Professional HR certifications and fluency in Malay are advantageous.
Educational Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Those with a Diploma in HR or Business are also encouraged to apply if they have substantial hands-on HR experience.
