Key Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and providing payroll support.
- Administering EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and statutory submissions.
- Coordinating training, performance appraisals, and staff engagement activities.
- Handling employee relations and ensuring policy compliance.
- Supporting foreign worker administration and permit renewals.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a negotiable salary based on experience, along with contributions to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS. You will be working in a stable and established manufacturing environment with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.40 pm, and Saturday, 8.30 am to 12.40 pm.
Requirements
