Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling health products and therapy services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert consultation on health improvement and wellness solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Following up with customers to monitor progress and product usage.
- Participating in events, roadshows, and health sharing sessions to expand your reach.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Working Details
The role requires commitment from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a two-hour lunch break. Initial interviews will be conducted online, followed by face-to-face interviews at the main office in Puchong for shortlisted candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from RM2,500 to RM4,000, with a commission structure of 6% based on achieving sales targets. With target sales between RM40,000 and RM80,000, there is significant earning potential for motivated individuals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates aged 20 to 40 years old who are fluent in both English and Mandarin. A sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the health and wellness industry are essential. Work Location and Mobility
