Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Marketing and Sales: Engage with potential candidates and clients through various channels, including WhatsApp, to promote job opportunities and services.
- Candidate Sourcing: Craft compelling job advertisements, post them on relevant platforms, and utilize networking, headhunting, and social media to discover top talent.
- Screening & Matching: Conduct interviews and assessments, check references, create shortlists, and match candidates to suitable roles.
- Process Management: Use AI tools to edit resumes, arrange interviews, provide interview preparation, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring lifecycle.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Working Hours and Compensation
This role offers a balanced work-life schedule, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The compensation package includes a basic salary of RM2500 – 3200, a performance allowance ranging from RM0 – 1200, and an additional RM50 per successful case.

Our client is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in basic English, Mandarin, and Malay.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.
- Good self-discipline and a proactive attitude.
- Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
- Age range: 20-35, Female.
