Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of production machinery, ensuring all records are meticulously kept.
- Ensure all machines are adequately lubricated and operational.
- Repair and report any machine breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.
- Oversee technical aspects of production, including filling accuracy, bottle cleanliness, and equipment sanitation.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring sufficient supply and organized storage.
- Maintain building facilities in good condition and ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is required, and candidates should be under the age of 55. Educational qualifications include a Certificate (SKM), Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical fields.
