What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Manager / Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the store. Your key duties will include:
- Leading, training, and supervising store staff to build an efficient team.

- Achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Managing staff scheduling, attendance, and daily work assignments.

- Handling daily cash management, sales reports, and related administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, food and beverage, café, dessert shop, or related management roles.
- Previous experience as a store manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or team leader is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- A responsible work ethic and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
