Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager or Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations and management of the store. Your duties will include:
- Leading and training store employees to form a high-efficiency team.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Achieving sales targets and enhancing store performance.
- Managing staff scheduling, attendance, and daily work arrangements.
- Ensuring food quality, beverage presentation, hygiene, and food safety meet company standards.
- Overseeing inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste.
- Handling daily cash management, sales reports, and related administrative tasks.
- Implementing and supervising company operational standards (SOP) to maintain consistent service quality.
- Maintaining good communication with company management to continuously optimize store operations and profitability.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Open to all genders, aged below 50.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, food and beverage, coffee shop, dessert shop, or related management roles.
- Previous experience as a store manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or team leader is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service awareness and communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
