About the Role
Our client is looking for three dedicated automotive technicians to fill the roles of senior and mid-level mechanics. With a competitive salary range of RM4,000 to RM6,000, plus attractive commissions and performance bonuses, this position offers both financial and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform independent repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on various vehicle systems.
- Specialize in engine, electrical, and electronic control systems.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring high-quality repair standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
- Strong knowledge of engine, chassis, and basic electrical repairs.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
