Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Checks
As a QA Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Following standard operating procedures (SOP) is crucial to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.
Perform Basic Laboratory Tests
Your role will involve performing essential laboratory tests, including measuring pH, Brix (sugar level), salt percentage, and viscosity/density, depending on product requirements. These tests are vital for maintaining product consistency and quality.
Sampling and Documentation
Sampling on the production line and accurately recording test results are key aspects of this position. You will also verify packaging and label details, ensuring that batch numbers, expiry dates, and label conditions meet the required standards.
Support GMP and Cleanliness Monitoring
Maintaining a clean and compliant laboratory environment is essential. You will support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and cleanliness monitoring, reporting any non-conformance issues promptly.
Assist with Lab Equipment Care
Routine checks and basic care of lab equipment are part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all tools are in optimal working condition.

Salary and Benefits
