You will work a 5-day week from the office, with rotational shifts that include morning, noon, and night shifts, ending by 12:00 AM. Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with no overnight shifts.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Cantonese Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and online platforms.
- Assist with logistics arrangements and order-related matters.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience.
- Support team leaders and senior team members as needed.
- Participate in rotational shift schedules.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written. A minimum SPM or Diploma qualification is required. While customer service experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
Salary and Benefits
The junior position offers a competitive salary package, including:
- Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM3,700
- Transport Allowance: RM100
- Meal Allowance: RM100
- Attendance Allowance: RM300
- Total Monthly Package: RM4,000 – RM4,200 (including full attendance allowance)
