Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and web platforms.
- Assist customers with logistics arrangements and service-related issues.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide an excellent customer experience at every service touchpoint.
- Support team leaders and collaborate closely with team members.
- Work according to a rotating shift schedule, without overnight or midnight shifts.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for both verbal and written communication.
- Hold at least an SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Be a fresh graduate or have prior customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Location and Work Schedule
Work from our client’s office located at Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur, conveniently accessible by Ampang Park MRT and KLCC LRT stations. The role requires a 5-day work week with rotating rest days, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
