Working Hours and Schedule
The position offers a balanced work schedule, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Additionally, there is a rotational Sunday shift from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, approximately two Sundays per month. This flexible schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and arrange doctor appointments efficiently.
- Assist within the clinic and wellness environment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp promptly.
