Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments and procedures as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient progress and update care plans as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and disease management.
  • Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control standards.
  • Document care and progress in electronic medical records.

Secondary Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
