Key Responsibilities

As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the canteen. Your duties will include:

• Managing daily operations to meet company SOPs and client requirements.
• Overseeing food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Leading and managing the kitchen team, supervisors, and frontline staff.
• Organizing staff schedules, training, and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with Halal, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Managing inventory, procurement, cost control, and minimizing food waste.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Developing and monitoring operational budgets, sales, and profit performance.
• Conducting regular operational inspections and submitting management reports.
• Continuously optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in food service or industrial catering operations.
• A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing factory canteens or industrial catering is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (Halal, HACCP, GMP).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to different canteen locations for inspections.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
