Job Details and Responsibilities
As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and managing packaging materials. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating machines and preparing packaging materials such as folding boxes and arranging packing items.
- Placing bottles and products onto the conveyor line.
- Conducting brief checks on the line to ensure clear labeling and batch/expiry printing.
- Packing finished products into cartons according to quantity and standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene SOPs, with mandatory PPE usage.
- Supporting overtime work when required.
Working Hours and Compensation
The standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime is frequently available and is compensated according to the company’s policy. Evening overtime typically extends until 5–6 pm or 5–7 pm, with occasional morning overtime from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
The basic salary ranges from RM1,700 to RM1,800, with additional earnings from overtime work.
Qualifications and Requirements
This position is open to male candidates aged 23 to 45. Ideal candidates should be able to work in a factory setting, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Physical fitness is essential, as the work environment can be warm, with only fans for cooling. Discipline, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions and SOPs are crucial. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, although experience is an advantage.
