Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the full set of accounts for the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Managing monthly payroll calculations and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
- Overseeing treasury and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records in line with company policies and regulations.
- Completing ad-hoc reports and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Chinese ethnicity, aged between 25 and 45 years.
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting.
- Proficient in managing full set accounts independently, including micro entity accounts.
- Experience in payroll processing is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule and Location
This position is based in Bandar Eco Sanctuary, Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
