Key Responsibilities

As a Powder Coating Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the powder coating process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and oversee the entire powder coating process for die-cut parts, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Process Documentation: Prepare detailed process documents and make necessary adjustments to automatic spray guns to optimize performance.
• Jig and Fixture Management: Handle jig setup and fabricate special-shaped fixtures to meet production needs.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service powder coating line equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
• Task Allocation: Distribute tasks according to production plans, control costs, and improve efficiency to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing 6S practices and enhancing production standardization.
• Quality Assurance: Organize workshop meetings, participate in quality discussions, and monitor corrective actions to ensure products meet customer quality requirements.
