Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Interactive Activities

Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to engaging with the elderly through various interactive activities. This includes communication and social interaction, leading tabletop games, conducting gentle exercises, and providing companionship and emotional support.

Basic Daily Care

The remaining 30% involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL). You will help with feeding, accompany seniors to the restroom, and assist with changing diapers and bathing when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible, candidates should have at least an SPM qualification and be under the age of 55. While no prior experience is necessary, a willingness to learn and work closely with the elderly is essential. We provide comprehensive training to prepare you for this rewarding career.
