Your Role and Responsibilities
Create Personalized Wellness Programmes
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to design bespoke wellness journeys for clients. These programmes may include detox plans, stress relief strategies, anti-aging treatments, IV drips, spa therapies, and more. Your creativity and understanding of holistic health will be key to crafting effective and personalized wellness solutions.
Client Interaction and Guidance
Understanding client needs is crucial. You’ll engage with clients, offering expert advice and recommending the most suitable wellness solutions. Your friendly and confident demeanor will help build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive Sales and Achieve Targets
Your role involves helping clients select the right packages while working towards achieving monthly sales goals. A sales-driven mindset, balanced with a caring approach, will be essential in this role.
Support Team and Operations
You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of wellness programmes and maintain high service quality. Additionally, you’ll train and guide team members on customer care and wellness protocols, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in spa, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or holistic industries is a plus.
- Friendly, confident, and excellent at client communication.
- A strong interest in health, wellness, and self-care.
- Sales-driven yet customer-focused.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with KPIs and targets.

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
