Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management
- Oversee company accounting, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Manage payment entries, approvals, and maker duties.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare detailed financial reports.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for the Director.
Payroll & Statutory Duties
- Administer payroll processes and manage statutory contributions such as PCB, EPF, and EIS.
Tax Matters
- Handle company tax responsibilities and manage the Director’s personal income tax matters.
External Coordination
- Coordinate with bankers on company account matters.
- Work closely with the company secretary and auditor to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting. Proficiency in basic English and Mandarin is essential, and familiarity with Million accounting and payroll software is a plus.
