Job Responsibilities
As a Pet Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and arranging the respectful handling of pet remains. Your responsibilities include:
- Explaining service packages and processes to clients with empathy and clarity.
- Coordinating the transportation of pets from homes, veterinary clinics, or pet stores using company vehicles driven by designated drivers.
- Reporting to the office daily to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company to maintain high service standards.
Working Hours and Location
The position is based in Puchong, Selangor, with a six-day workweek. The working hours are on a rotational shift basis:
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
You will have the flexibility to choose one rest day from Monday to Friday, coordinated to avoid overlapping with public holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary of RM2,500, along with several benefits:
