Key Responsibilities
- Review tender drawings, documents, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
- Prepare quantity take-offs and project costing
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for quotations
- Evaluate tenders and support submission preparation
- Verify variation works and assist with claims submissions
- Review subcontractor claims and monitor payment progress
- Support Project Managers on work certification
- Monitor material orders and balance quantities during project execution
- Interpret Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings for tender and project execution
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in the Electrical field
- Knowledge of M&E systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
