Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (80%)
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to specific needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring precision and patient safety.
- Monitor patient progress closely and update care plans as necessary to reflect any changes in health status.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Educate patients and caregivers about self-care strategies and disease management to empower their health journey.
- Maintain stringent infection control standards and ensure overall patient safety.
- Document all care and patient progress accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
