About the Role
As a Program Coordinator / Patient Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various aspects of patient care. Your responsibilities will include planning, assessing, and monitoring care programs, coordinating transport and deliveries, scheduling appointments, and handling patient admissions, discharges, and transfers using an electronic medical records (EMR) system. Additionally, you will conduct financial counselling on bills, subsidies, and payment schemes, ensuring patients and their families are well-informed and supported.
