Working Hours and Benefits
The role requires a commitment to a 6-day work week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Despite the busy schedule, the total working hours are capped at 44 hours per week, including breaks.
Employees enjoy a generous benefits package, including 14 days of annual leave, with an additional day added each year up to a maximum of 21 days. Medical and dental benefits are provided up to $500 per year, and a one-month bonus is awarded upon completing 12 months of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret electrical and ELV schematic diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
- Review contract specifications and prepare variation orders when necessary.
- Conduct engineering design tasks, including load and fault calculations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Attend regular site meetings with clients and subcontractors to discuss project progress.
- Support Project, Site, and Construction Managers in monitoring and managing project activities.
Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience in industrial or commercial project management is preferred, and experience with MRT projects is an added advantage.
