This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary of RM4,000 – RM5,000, depending on experience.
About the Role
As a Content & Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand’s presence and engagement across various platforms. You will be responsible for planning and executing monthly content calendars for Facebook and Instagram, crafting compelling copy, and creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva. Additionally, you will manage social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and optimize advertising campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Facebook and Instagram, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Create captivating copy and design creative content using Canva or similar tools.
- Produce and edit short videos for social media platforms.
- Manage Facebook pages, including posting, community engagement, and responding to messages.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads for post engagement, lead generation, and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns.
- Track advertising data and compile monthly performance reports, focusing on reach, engagement, lead quantity, and cost per lead (CPL).
- Assist in executing offline marketing events such as health talks, center activities, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to transform treatments, customer stories, and health knowledge into high-quality content.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in managing Facebook pages and using Meta Ads Manager.
- Skilled in using Canva or similar design software.
- Basic video editing skills with tools like CapCut.
- Excellent bilingual copywriting skills in English and Chinese; knowledge of Malay is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to appear on camera or handle behind-the-scenes content production.
- Interest in the health and wellness industry is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Benefits
