The position is based in the vibrant area of Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya. The working hours are designed to provide a balanced work-life schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the our client. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating doctors’ appointment schedules to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Responding to patient enquiries via phone and WhatsApp, providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing, packing, and dispensing medications accurately.
- Assisting patients during wellness treatments and providing necessary guidance.
