Job Responsibilities
As a Pet Advisor, you will play a crucial role in handling pet memorial services. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the respectful handling and arrangement of pet remains.
- Explaining service packages and procedures to clients with empathy and clarity.
- Coordinating the transportation of pets from clients’ homes, veterinary clinics, or pet shops using company vehicles driven by a designated driver.
- Reporting to the office for attendance and assisting in daily operations to ensure seamless client service.
Working Hours and Compensation
The position operates on a shift basis, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week. You will have the flexibility to choose one rest day from Monday to Friday, subject to coordination. The role offers a competitive salary of RM2,500, along with performance-based incentives.
