Privacy Policy — TF Interview Reminder (Manatal to Dashboard)

Last updated: 19 June 2026 · Operated by Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Focus Sdn. Bhd. (JTKSM 1383), Penang, Malaysia.

This Chrome extension is an internal recruitment tool for Talent Focus staff. It reads candidate
interview details from a Manatal ATS page that the user is viewing and prefills the Talent Focus
interview scheduling dashboard. This policy explains what data the extension handles and where it goes.

What the extension accesses

• Candidate details on the Manatal page — when the user clicks “AI Grab”, the
extension reads the visible candidate information (name, phone number, job title, hiring company,
interview date and notes) from the active Manatal tab.
• User settings — the user’s OpenAI API key and Talent Focus extension key,
stored locally on the user’s device using Chrome’s local storage. These keys are never transmitted
to us or to any party other than the services they authenticate (OpenAI and the Talent Focus site).

How the data is used and shared

• OpenAI — the text extracted from the Manatal page is sent to the OpenAI API
(api.openai.com) using the user’s own API key, solely to parse it into structured candidate fields.
This processing is governed by OpenAI’s own policies.
• Talent Focus dashboard — the completed interview record is sent to the user’s
own Talent Focus WordPress site (talentfocus.com.my) to create the interview reminder. Saved company
templates and photos are loaded from the same site.
• We do not sell or transfer user or candidate data to any third party outside the
processing described above, do not use it for any purpose unrelated to scheduling interview reminders,
and do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Data storage and retention

Settings (API keys and the last-grabbed candidate record) are stored locally in the browser and can
be cleared by the user at any time via the extension’s “Clear” button or by removing the extension.
The extension itself does not maintain a separate database of users.

Permissions

The extension requests activeTab and scripting (to read the candidate page
only when the user clicks Grab), storage (to save settings locally), and host access to
app.manatal.com, api.openai.com, and talentfocus.com.my for the
workflow above. No other hosts are accessed.
