Gross Monthly Fixed Remuneration means the candidate’s total fixed cash compensation over 12 months, divided by 12. This includes:
- All fixed salary + Allowances
- Guaranteed monthly allowances
- Fixed incentives
- Any other regular payments offered as part of the package
- Regardless of whether labeled as salary, allowance, fixed commission, etc.
- Any non-fixed allowances, such as performance-based allowances will be also included
It excludes:
- Annual performance-based bonuses
- Sales or target-driven commissions
- Irregular, non-guaranteed, or discretionary incentives
• Any non-fixed allowances, such as performance-based allowances that are received 80% of the time, will be included.
If the offer letter does not provide a clear breakdown, the agency may base the fee on the full monthly compensation communicated and accepted by the candidate (in writing or verbally, itemized or bundled).
This ensures transparency, accurate reflection of remuneration, and avoids any misrepresentation of the pay structure.
