Affiliate Terms of Use
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Talent Focus, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Talent Focus as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to earn commissions on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Talent Focus through your website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the Talent Focus Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of Application
Talent Focus reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program application.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month under the following conditions:

Commission Eligibility
Commissions are considered earned only after a referred candidate has successfully completed at least three months of employment. Talent Focus will release commission payments to the Affiliate only once the employer has fully paid Talent Focus for the placement. -
Non-Qualified Referrals
If a candidate registers but does not pass the interview process or is not matched with a job opportunity, no commission will be paid for that referral. -
Referral Limitations
Affiliates may not refer themselves, and commissions will not be awarded on any accounts owned by the Affiliate. -
Transaction Completion
Payments will only be issued for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not qualify for commission.
Termination
Your Affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship in a way that complies with Federal Trade Commission or applicable state guidelines.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. Talent Focus reserves the right to require licensing agreements from Affiliates using Talent Focus trademarks.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other incentives from your affiliate commission. However, bundling other products with Talent Focus services is acceptable.
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.
Talent Focus reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or for no reason.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links on your website and in email messages. You may also advertise Talent Focus through online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us or create your own, provided they meet the terms outlined in this Agreement and are not misleading.
Coupon and Deal Sites
Talent Focus occasionally offers coupons to select Affiliates and newsletter subscribers. If you are not pre-approved or assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote any coupons. The following rules apply to Affiliates promoting coupons:
- Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply unauthorized deals.
- Affiliates may not bid on terms like “Talent Focus Coupons” or “Talent Focus Discounts.”
- Affiliates may not create pop-ups, pop-unders, or frames that set affiliate cookies unless users have shown clear interest by clicking a marked link, button, or image.
- Affiliate sites must not have “Click for Deal/Coupon” text if no deal or coupon is available, and this action must not automatically set a cookie.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
Pay-Per-Click bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission from Talent Focus.
Liability
Talent Focus is not liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue or commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any harm resulting from the Program. We make no guarantees about the operation of the Program or our website, including the potential for errors or interruptions.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until the Affiliate account is terminated.
Talent Focus may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. If changes are unacceptable, your only option is to terminate your Affiliate account. Continued participation in the Program will indicate acceptance of any modifications.
Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Talent Focus, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, from any liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from any claims connected to this Agreement due to the Affiliate’s negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct.
Electronic Signatures
This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms of your participation in the Talent Focus affiliate program. By completing the application, you accept this Agreement, and your action creates an electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature.
